Eligible Returns

  1. Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
  2. Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, we will provide a full refund or replacement.
  3. Unopened and Unplanted Seeds: Unopened and unplanted seeds can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Also, Unused gardening products can be returned in 14 days. 

Non-Eligible Returns

  1. Used or Planted Seeds: Seeds that have been used or planted are not eligible for return.
  2. Sprouting Flower Bulbs: Flower bulbs that start to sprout.
  3. Used Products: Products that have been used and show clear signs of wear and tear are not returnable
  4. Plants: Live plants are not eligible for return. However, if a live plant arrives damaged or does not match the product description, we will provide a full refund.

     

Return Procedure

  2. Instructions: You will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).
  3. Packaging: Please pack the parcel properly when returning. 
  4. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund or Replacement

  1. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
  2. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the customer's desired payment method.
  3. Replacement: If you choose a replacement, we will ship the replacement item(s) as soon as possible.[
